There is brewing controversy on conservative media platforms after DJs at the recent Marchand jazz festival opener acceded to a request to play a popular 2025 election campaign season song.
On Monday, the media asked culture and tourism minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire to chime-in.
The Opposition United Workers Party (UWP) via public statement has not only expressed outraged but has called for music with political overtones to be kept off the playlist at state-sanctioned events.
