PARLIAMENTARY REPAIR [7TH MAY 2026] – As momentum builds around the regional reparations movement, Saint Lucia’s youth are preparing to take centre stage in a national debate on the legacy of African enslavement and historical justice. As part of ongoing efforts to raise awareness of the CARICOM 10-Point Plan for Reparations, a National Youth Parliament is being organised to debate the United Nations Declaration on the Trafficking of Enslaved Africans.
