Deputy Prime Minister Chester Cooper has a new Cabinet post. Cooper has been sworn in as Minister of Education, Science and Technology, receiving his instrument of appointment by Governor General Her Excellency Dame Cynthia A. Pratt on Friday morning at Government House.
