“Not in my parish!”
That’s the tough stance from Spanish Town Mayor Norman Scott in response to the controversial Rude Boy billboard that has left many asking how it passed the approval process at the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation.
But Mayor Scott says a copy of the overly sexualised billboard was also erected in Spanish Town, and he has now announced plans to prevent a recurrence.
