Bastian: “The Gaming Law Is In Place”
Member of Parliament for Fort Charlotte, and newly appointed Minister of Innovation and National Development, Sebastian Bastian, says that he has worked with regulators to ensure that he is compliant with all of the regulatory conditions with the Gaming Act.
Under the Act individuals who actively hold Gaming licenses or have immediate family in possesses of one, are not able to hold a cabinet position.
