Trinidad and Tobago Red Force hold a slender 15-run first-innings lead over defending champions Guyana Harpy Eagles in the West Indies Championship Final at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.

Red Force were bowled out for 260 on Day 2, with Jayden Seales top-scoring with 70 and Khary Pierre contributing 40.

Keemo Paul was the pick of the Guyana bowlers with 3 for 28. Paul then impressed with the bat, posting a half-century alongside Jonathan Van Lange’s 46 in an 82-run sixth-wicket stand.

But Seales proved the difference with ball in hand, taking 4 for 55, backed by Terrance Hinds’ 3 for 46, to dismiss Guyana for 245 and hand Trinidad and Tobago a 15-run advantage heading into Day 3.
