As the Atlantic hurricane season inches closer, the government is intensifying efforts to roll out more than 2,500 modular homes to victims of Hurricane Melissa.
Nine hundred and twenty-four of the containerised units are currently on the island.
But with thousands of people still homeless and millions of dollars sitting in government coffers for hurricane victims, questions are now being raised about why the programme took so long to get underway.
