RECOGNITION GIVEN!
The newly renovated strength training facility at the historic Mindoo Phillip Park in Marchand is set to carry the name of one of Saint Lucia’s most dedicated sporting stalwart, Cuthbert “Twois Ti Ney” Modeste.
The official announcement was made by the Minister for Youth Development and Sports, Hon. Kenson Casimir.
