TTPFL: Tight Battle Emerging In Tier 2 Division 2
Second-placed QPCC kept the pressure on T&T Police FC in Division One of Tier 2 in the TT Premier Football League with a massive win over Central Soccer World on the weekend.
The team from Tragarete Road got a hat-trick from Saleem Henry, a brace from Joshua Mason, and one goal by Israel Joseph to register a 6-0 win over the Central outfit.
Meanwhile, leaders T&T Police FC had to settle for a 0-0 draw against Matura Reunited when they came to the Ken Cooke Ground at the « Barracks », Police Training Academy.
With one game remaining, that result gives Queen’s Park some hope of capturing the division.
