Jamaicans are increasingly ready to embrace digital payments.
That’s according to a new study commissioned by Mastercard on the state of digitisation and financial inclusion in Jamaica.
But with only 8 per cent of small merchants in the country having a point-of-sale system, this highlights a major infrastructure gap.
