Constable Andrew Wilson Charged With Murder In Bulgin Case | Midday News
Constable Andrew Wilson of the Jamaica Constabulary Force has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 45-year-old Latoya Bulgin in Granville, St. James.
The charge follows an investigation by INDECOM and a ruling by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Wilson was placed before the St. James Parish Court earlier today and was denied bail, with the matter set to return on June 16.
INDECOM says video evidence played a key role in the investigation, highlighting the importance of surveillance and digital footage in ensuring accountability.
