The Hon. Dr. Vince Henderson, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy of Dominica, highlighted the critical role of energy in driving development across the Caribbean. He stated that as countries become more digitalized and embrace technologies like AI, reliable electricity is no longer optional but essential. Dr. Henderson stressed that energy must be viewed as a backbone of development in the region and integrated into long term national planning.
