DECRE CRACKS DOWN ON UNLICENSED SAWMILLS AND FURNITURE SHOPS
In a media release, the Division of Environment, Climate Resilience and Energy is cracking down on illegal timber operations across Trinidad and Tobago. The Department of Natural Resources and Forestry issued a stern reminder today: all sawmill and furniture shop operators must secure valid licenses and permits immediately or face crippling penalties.
