LABOUR DIALOGUE
Saint Lucia is taking steps to strengthen collaboration among government, employers and workers following the country’s participation in the latest International Labour Organization Conference.
Labour Minister Emma Hippolyte says efforts are now underway to advance key labour initiatives, including the ratification of ILO Convention 144 and the establishment of a committee to promote dialogue and productivity in the workplace.
