OUR Launches Investigation into Islandwide Blackout | TVJ News
The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) has established a special internal team to investigate the islandwide blackout that plunged Jamaica into darkness last week.
The regulator says the investigation will seek to determine the cause of the outage, assess the response of the relevant utility providers and identify measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
