The way is now clear for Opposition Member of Parliament, Fitz Jackson, to continue his legal battle with Scotiabank over fees charged to encash a cheque.
Earlier today, Mr. Jackson received permission to appeal the November 2024 Supreme Court ruling in favour of Scotiabank.
