PBR Open To Light Vehicles From 9pm To 2am Until July 1st
The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation is reminding the public that the Priority Bus Route between Mt. Lambert and Curepe Junction is open to light motor vehicles between 9pm and 2am from today, June 22nd, until July 1st.
It explained that this temporary arrangement is to facilitate work associated with the reversible lane system being implemented along the Eastern Main Road, and the arrangement should help ease traffic flow during this period.
The Ministry urged motorists to exercise caution when approaching work zones, follow all traffic signs, and comply with the instructions of traffic personnel on site.
It warned that temporary delays should be expected and advised drivers to use alternative routes where possible.
The Ministry apologised for any inconvenience and thanked the public for its patience and cooperation.
