The Fight Against Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease
Representatives from the Bahamas National Trust (BNT) and the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection (DEPP) participated today in MSC Foundation’s International Workshop in Miami, Florida, focused on strengthening coral reef resilience across the region against Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease.
The MSC Foundation and the Perry Institute for Marine Science (PIMS) are currently leading conservation and treatment efforts at the Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve to help address this ongoing threat.
