Global oil prices have fallen back to pre-conflict levels as shipping through the Strait of Hormuz begins returning to normal following an agreement between the United States and Iran to resume talks.
Brent crude briefly fell below US$73 a barrel yesterday, erasing the price surge that was triggered by the recent conflict.
