The President of the Senate, Tom Tavares-Finson, and senior Opposition lawmaker Senator Lambert Brown clashed in the Upper House today.
Senator Brown used his contribution to criticise the Government over the third-country nationals agreement with the United States, but his presentation was cut short after the Senate President ruled that he was in breach of the Standing Orders.
