Chief Justice Bryan Sykes is seeking to clarify how Jamaica’s judiciary will deal with breaches under the newly implemented demerit point system.
Outlining the court’s position, the Chief Justice stressed that road traffic violations are criminal offences and will be treated accordingly within the judicial system.
