DÉ CHOUVAL III [6TH JULY 2026] -Saint Lucia’s Ministry of Agriculture has issued its first official response to the controversy surrounding the movement of two horses from Saint Lucia to Grenada, maintaining that veterinary procedures were properly followed and that Grenadian authorities had refused entry to the animals pending further quarantine, treatment and testing. The Ministry also confirmed that no import permit was issued by Grenada before the horses departed the island. Cianna Dalsan reports.
