53rd Independence People's Parade
The Grand Bahama All Stars Junkanoo Group made its Bay Street debut during the 53rd Independence People’s Rush Parade. Chairman Ernie Barr said the group was excited for its first opportunity to participate in Nassau and thanked the Ministry of Culture and the Minister for Grand Bahama for making it possible. Barr said this is just the beginning and expressed confidence the group will return with continued support.
