Consumer confidence has fallen by 2.3 per cent, according to the latest Business and Consumer Confidence Indices.

Presenting the data this morning, Executive Chairman of Market Research Services Limited Don Anderson pointed to increases in the cost of living and consumers having a less positive view of business conditions as among the reasons for the decline.
