QUEUE PENALTY [28TH JULY 2026] – For many of Saint Lucia’s minibus operators, high fuel prices are only part of a growing financial struggle. Drivers say long waits under route rotation systems, rising loan repayments, costly vehicle maintenance, and deteriorating rural roads are making it increasingly difficult to earn a living.
