B.U.T. President: “We Have Engaged A Mediator”
Bahamas Union of Teachers (BUT) President Belinda Wilson told members in a voice note this morning that negotiations with the government, originally scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, have been postponed to Thursday.
Wilson also said the union intends to invoke its right to use a mediator when negotiations resume.
The negotiations are for the 2025-2030 industrial agreement.
