GOVERNMENT TARGETS NOVEMBER CONTRACT AWARD FOR JULIEN R. HUNTE HIGHWAY REHABILITATION
Eight months after taking office, Infrastructure Minister Shawn Edward says work on the Julien R. Hunte Highway is still being held up by the procurement process. But with about ten companies already pre-qualified, the Minister is now hoping to award the rehabilitation contract by the end of November, paving the way for construction to begin.
