NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL LAUNCHES SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAMME IN CASTRIES SOUTH
Young people in Castries South are getting a hands-on introduction to the creative arts, as the Saint Lucia National Youth Council launches its first-ever Summer Enrichment Programme in the community.
The initiative, being held in partnership with the Cultural Development Foundation, is giving participants an opportunity to explore music and other forms of creative expression, with a focus on building skills, confidence and leadership.
