Prime Minister Philip Davis says “the buck stops here” when asked about concerns over Energy Minister Jobeth Coleby-Davis’ silence on the ongoing issues at BPL.
Davis made the comment Wednesday during a three-stop school tour, as he was questioned by reporters about his national address on the energy sector Monday.
