Munroe: “You Can Prove a Death by Circumstantial Means”
Attorney General, Wayne Munroe says a murder conviction without a body is not unprecedented. Munroe adding clarity after three people were charged with the murder of 34-year-old Katrina Kelly, whose body has not yet been found since she disappeared in Eleuthera. He stated that the law allows a death to be proven through circumstantial evidence and that police would only bring such a charge if they believed there was sufficient evidence to support it.
