This Conference marks Jamaica’s return as host after 14 years and provides an opportunity to reaffirm the country’s leadership and active participation within the CPA-CAA Region. Held under the theme, “Strengthening Parliaments in the Digital Age,” the Conference will provide a forum for regional parliamentary leaders and other stakeholders to have institutional exchange and capacity-building among Commonwealth legislatures. The Opening Ceremony will also feature the official launch of the Houses of Parliament’s new interactive and accessible website.
