As Jamaica continues to battle worsening drought conditions, the government says it’s ramping up mitigation.
Water Minister Mathew Samuda has revealed that an additional 500 million dollars has been allocated for drought response.
At the same time, officials are seeking to reassure motorists that ongoing water infrastructure works along Hope Road will not worsen back-to-school traffic.
