TT Referee Caleb Wales Gets Saudi Pro League Call Up After World Cup Duty
Trinidad and Tobago FIFA assistant referee Caleb Wales has received another significant international appointment, this time in the Saudi Pro League.
According to a release from TTFA Media, Wales has been selected to officiate in the Al-Ahli versus Al-Qadsiah encounter on September 8th in Saudi Arabia, following an invitation from the Saudi Arabian Football Federation.
The appointment comes just months after Wales represented Trinidad and Tobago on the refereeing team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and marks another strong assignment for the experienced match official on the international stage.
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation formally requested Wales’ services through the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association, via a letter to General Secretary Kareem Paul.
