New Order Targets Alleged Abuse Of Power By Immigration Officers
Senior immigration officials will have greater authority to address staff misconduct under the Public Service Delegation of Powers Order, 2026, outlined by State Minister for Immigration Darron Pickstock in the House of Assembly this morning.
The move comes amid growing concerns over the conduct of immigration officers while carrying out their duties.
