Darville: “Growing Old Must Never Mean Less Valuable, Less Visible…”
Minister of Health & Wellness, Dr. Michael Darville tabled the Older Persons Rights, Protection and Care Bill 2026 in Parliament today, with the proposed legislation focused on protecting the elderly from abuse and promoting their autonomy.
Darville said growing old must not mean that older persons become “less valuable and less visible.”
