News Bite: Jamaica Hosts 20th Caribbean Week of Agriculture
Jamaica will host the 20th Caribbean Week of Agriculture, or CWA 2026, from September 27 to October 2 at the Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Trelawny.
Under the theme “The New F.A.C.E. of Caribbean Food Systems,” the event will showcase innovations aimed at helping farmers and fishers adapt to climate change, reduce food waste and strengthen regional supply chains.
More than 670 delegates are expected to take part in meetings, technical sessions and exhibitions focused on building sustainable, resilient food systems and improving food security across the Caribbean.
