Minister of Justice Delroy Chuck says the Government has taken on board concerns about the Firearms Act and is working with stakeholder groups to improve the law.

But as Jamaila Maitland explains, while the Government appears to be taking a hard line on mandatory minimum sentences, plea bargaining, as well as different fines for imitation firearms, are being considered.
