All Inclusive Service Series - The Inclusion Toolkit || October 23, 2026
3 hours ago
The Ministry of Labour and Social Security, in partnership with the Management Institute for National Development (MIND) and the Jamaica Council for Persons with Disabilities (JCPD), presents Part 3 of the All Inclusive Service Series.
This session focuses on practical ways to make everyday services more accessible and inclusive for persons with disabilities. It builds on the series’ wider message that genuine inclusion extends beyond physical infrastructure to include accessible communication, inclusive service delivery and the removal of barriers to participation.
The discussion is relevant to public-sector workers, service providers, organisations and individuals committed to improving access, dignity and equal participation for all.
Why does accessibility matter?
Inclusive service delivery helps persons with disabilities access information, public services and opportunities more independently. It also supports Jamaica’s efforts to advance disability rights and create a more inclusive society.
