TTPS WARNS AGAINST ILLEGAL SEA TRAVEL AHEAD OF TOBAGO CARNIVAL
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is warning the public to exercise caution when travelling by sea to Tobago for Carnival, following advertisements promoting passenger trips on small boats between Trinidad and Tobago.
