Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has launched a scathing defence in support of the recent lease agreement foul-up and compensation package surrounding the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority and the position of its CEO, respectively.
The defence relates to funds being directed to and spent by the agency, even as the country lags behind in Hurricane Melissa recovery.
