Cousins Jacob Salazar, 12, and Sunny Kong, 11, are both living with Type 1 diabetes. Despite their diagnoses, they continue to enjoy the things they love while using their experiences to raise awareness and support other children living with the condition through the One Love, One Cure Walk. They stopped by to share their stories and inspire others.
