FOUR FINED $70,000 IN TOBAGO DUI OPERATION
Four motorists learned a costly lesson at the Scarborough Magistrates’ Court following Tobago Carnival celebrations. Senior Magistrate Alicia Chankar ordered the group to pay a total of seventy thousand dollars in fines after they pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
