RETHINKING REGIONAL GROWTH [12TH SEPTEMBER 2025] – The use of foreign currency reserves in regional trade is costly and unnecessary. That’s the word from Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Governor Timothy Antoine at this year’s Regional Risk Conference.
