EFFORTS UNDERWAY(Rural Development Minister Details Challenges and Solutions in Roseau Dam)
Agriculture , Fisheries , Food Security and Rural Development Minister Hon Alfred Prospere has revealed that authorities are confronting significant difficulties in desilting the water of the Roseau Dam, a factor believed to be contributing to the scarcity of water experienced by residents, particularly in the northern parts of the island.
Despite these considerable challenges, the Minister reassured the public that reaching a point of being able to store ample, silt-free water is an achievable goal.
