COURT REJECTS CHASTANET'S BID TO STOP SAINT LUCIA’S CIP
A high court judge has turned down Former Prime Minister Allen Chastanet’s request to halt parts of Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment programme. Justice Kimberly Cenac-Phulgence ruled the injunction unnecessary since the government already suspended the specific programmes Chastanet complained about.He has been ordered to pay the government’s cost.
