TTPS MONITOR RISING YOUTH CONFLICTS
Yesterday, five minors appeared in court facing charges of assault by beating. Each was granted bail of $20,000 with a parent or guardian acting as surety. These cases follow incidents that occurred earlier this year, where the students were charged for separate assaults at two schools, one in Scarborough and another near Shaw Park Grounds.
