BAAP marks Administrative Professionals' Day

Be authentic, be yourself and know your season. The advice came from Executive Director of the Barbados Accreditation Council, Lisa Gale, as she addressed the Administrative Professionals' Day Luncheon of the Barbados Association of Administrative Professionals at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. Discussing the topic 'Poised for Excellence - Sustaining Professionalism', she said knowing when it is your season is paramount as an administrative professional. In a wide-ranging speech, she told the gathering of administrative professionals, that you will fail sometimes, but soft skills keep you on the job, but life is about learning and to be always on your guard.
