The High Court in Durban will rule this week on the ANC's request to prevent the MK Party from adopting the name and logo of Umkhonto WeSizwe. The ANC has registered the contentious name that's at the heart of the copyright infringement court battle. A document obtained through a Companies and Intellectual Property Commission search shows that the brand, which was previously owned by Legacy Projects, has been "assigned" to the ANC.
