Activist Alyssa Phillip is ready to bring the curtain down on her highly publicized “19 Bullets, 19 Protests” campaign on June 19th. The movement, which erupted after the January 20th police-involved shooting death of Joshua Samaroo and the subsequent wounding of Kaia Sealy, has sparked a profound regional debate on state accountability and the right to public dissent.
