As of Mon Aug 17, Non-Essential Use of NWC Water is Prohibited in Some Parishes | TVJ News
Come Monday, August 17, it will be illegal to use water from the National Water Commission (NWC) for non-essential tasks, such as watering lawns.
This follows a prohibition notice issued today by the Government amid worsening drought conditions.
The strict measures are the latest in a series of moves announced by the State to try to conserve water.
